GENTLE STRETCH AND RISE

Be like the water

As you join me during Gentle Stretch and Rise on FB Live, I will call you to your breathe and ask you to be curious enough to discover ways to move your Prana with the ebb and flow of the waves. This gentle sequence utilizes poses cultivated to gently awaken your spirit and release any tensions of the day.

DAILY GUIDED MEDITATIONS

Be still and observe

"In the wee small hours of the morning, while the whole wide world is fast asleep...."

When we first arise from our slumber, our minds are prepared to play the role of observer and we are able to be still and be aware.  During our daily guided meditations, I will sit with you for 15 to 30 minutes and lead you through different modes of meditation aimed to prepare you for all that might cross your path.

Grab your blanket, a comfy seat and your warm cup of goodness...pajamas and all.
