MEET TRACY REDDINGER

I believe there is power within each of us.  As a yoga instructor, I not only want to encourage my students abilities to transform physically, but also ignite the fire within them to transform their minds and spirit.  I aim to inspire true joy and self love.  If we are to be the change we want to see in the world, as Gandhi said, the transformation begins within and its my mission to meet my students where they are in the moment.

I am a mother of two delightful children and a devoted wife and daughter.
 
I believe that everything is Yoga and commit to practicing Yoga throughout my daily life.
 
I truly enjoy bringing a bit of spark and joy to everyone I meet.  I try to change the world one smile at a time.
